  I was born in 1964 at Athens by parents who both came from Skopelos, where i went to high school and lyceum. In 1982 i passed the examinations to the polytechnic school of Thessaloniki. I gratuated from college in 1989 and after working as a liberal professional for 2 years in Thessaloniki i returned to Skopelos. Since then (1991) i practice the profession of civil engineer in my island (issue of constructive permits, construction of houses). I work also as a contractor of public works since 1997. I am running my own technical office in my private building at the port of Skopelos.

  Due to my occupation, TEE of Volos(Technical Chamber of Commerce of Greece, Volos city) has appointed me representative at the committee of the local tax office for the designation of objective values as regards to skopelos main village as well as the rest of the island's villages.

  I work as a collaborator of the National Bank of Greece, Skopelos branch (valuation of properties, for the purpose of contracting bank loans). Additionally i am occupied officially in buying and selling properties, an object of which i have an excellent knowledge. I also believe that i always advise with honesty and sincerity my future clients.

  Through this web site i have the ambition to show you the available for sale properties and to arrange all the necessary legal actions to pass on the ownership to you.

  Due to renovating and repairing reasons my office is temporarily sheltered in a small space next to the Police Station building (which is also at my private building where there is the National Bank of Greece as well).

  During the first months of 2003 my new office will be completed (same building on the 1st floor over the National Bank of Greece).
